You can buy a cheap ticket from somewhere in Thailand to Vietnam one way. You don't use the ticket but you have it .

 I went to so many banks and was denied denied denied. I finally spent $5,000 baht and hire an agent and it was done in one day. I know many people laugh at me for spending the money but it makes my life so much easier I'll spend it

 no. I got it in Krabi. But the Krabi office is saying the same thing. 1 year lease required!
