"Payment failed or cancelled" - message appearing over and over. Everything else is submitted. I've tried multiple cards from multiple banks, same error message. Anyone else had this issue and what did they do to resolve? I am in Hanoi.

Since this morning (~10 am to now 5:30pm) the official website "thaievisa" seems to be very buggy and don't work. It's very slows and it crashes a lot with this message "The team is fixing and updating the system.". So it's almost impossible to submit a demand.

I've got my demand rejected the first time due to a mistake i've made, but now i am in a big hurry because my flight is coming nearer and i want to do a new application asap because the Paris Thai Embassy can take up to 4 weeks before checking the documents.

Am I the only one that can't access the website correctly?

I'm trying to sign up with an application similar to this using an American passport while residing in Thailand. Currently having no luck. Any suggestions on getting through these or other applications which might be more viable? Mainly for receiving payments. Thank you.

I’m not tech savvy. But once I tried to pay US property tax online from Bali and the website wouldn’t accept my payment. The website didn’t work. I also tried once to make a Homeowners Association (HOA) payment online from Thailand and the website didn’t work or accept payment. Why don’t those websites work for me to use on my phone while I’m overseas?

Ok so I arrived a week ago in chiang mai 2 days later I bought a new phone, now i have a thai sim card and carn’t get on my virgin money account as i need to transfer money for my retirement visa, so I’ve been in touch with virgin money and im going round in circles now because I carn’t get on my account they say i need a uk phone number to access my account!! And the phone ive got now won’t let me ring out of Thailand to sort this out… anybody else have problems like this?

Is anyone able to log into the section 38 app or website to register the TM30? I’ve tried all browsers but the webpage just doesn’t load and times out.

I'm in quarantine in Bangkok and want to watch the English premier league on my laptop, all the sites are asking for credit card details and the 3 pin number on the back of the card, they all state the credit card won't be charged and its just too verify who I am. I have concerns about giving the details, any advice please, don't know if its a scam or not, anyone else signed up for this?
