Llast year it was , the cheapeast agent i found (if you had the 800k) was , that was for first non o and one year extension based on retirement, this is often confused with a one year renewal which is cheaper

Same same for me at Jomtien, it doesnt take a genius to work out why they make it so hard doing it by the book. This is the first curve ball they throw at you, there are many many more to come. Although i think it is wrong to accept it is like that, you will save your self a lot of wasted time and stress by accepting TIT and pay an agent or ask IO while holding your wallet in your hand and ask if there is any way you can overvome these problems

This is also my concern. However the way i see it, is i will jump through the hoops they create with the knowledge that on the last day i could pay the bribe, although i have heard when it comes close to you being ejected from the country it has to be sanctioned by a higher officer at which point if you have ticked all the boxes then they will be in a whole world of trouble, ie you will get your your 3 month o visa.
