yes but not the Chinese variety. Japanese seasoning sake is specifically for sushi rice. Chinese cooking wine is the similar to Jerez sherry. Much stronger

In my experience not much used in Thai cooking except for the occasional dish of Chinese or Chinese adjacent origin (like moo pa low)

If at all possible, fill the prescription here. If it’s completely impossible check local regulations before shipping and ensure the shipment paperwork includes a copy of the prescription

no worries. In the end it’s find the nearest embassy and ask them.

Even then they’ll may miss something. The Singapore embassy did with me. Minor though. Otherwise they were accurate and efficient.

it’s all in how you construct the search. Just type in Thai visa and you’ll get all sorts of stuff. Block in certain terms, exclude others and direct it to certain sources and you get much better resilts

yes it is. Google would lead you to a number of sites , including the Thai embassy, which would have this information.
