Ok earlier question on using the inbound Thai immigration queue with an O A visa and my Thai spouse is a resounding yes.

Now what about departing?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion confirms that a foreigner with an O-A visa can use the Thai immigration queue when departing Thailand, especially when coupled with a Thai spouse. Community members supported this by stating it's acceptable and even mentioned alternatives like e-gates for departing.

My Thai lady and I were split up going through immigration going out and coming back to Don Mueang. Awkward, as it was her first time at an airport going anywhere and it did cause some anxiety
