TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can use the Thai immigration line with your Thai wife if you have an O-A visa. Many users in the comments confirm that it is permissible and that it's often a quicker process. Some mention that even if traveling alone, having a pink ID card allows you the same privilege. The pink ID card is available from your local District Office and acts as a Thai ID for non-residents.

Yes. They saw my wife and I go to the foreigners line where it looked like a couple of hundred were waiting and we got escorted to Thai line where only two were waiting. And we got a lot of „How come he gets to go in that line“

Don’t answer when you don’t understand the question. 😉

He wants to know whether he can use the passport control line for Thai passport holders when he is accompanied by his Thai wife (but he doesn’t feel the need to properly ask the question).

The answer is “Yes, you can.” 🤣
