Follow the criteria required to apply, if you can't then continue saving, get a remote worker opportunity and away you go, the rules are there to ensure some sort of protection for Thailand as well.

no traps is the issue, I'm watching new builds now and there is no stoppage of methane gas entering a room, I've found some traps to install, but, very common to have this issue

I've tried in Central Thailand, been told by more than one, NO its a tourist visa, get a work permit or retirement visa. My way round it is bring in cash and pay funds into someone else's bank (who you can trust) I transfered in TB no costs. Then just go and withdraw it.
