 I hv d same sentiments.

I am going because my partner is Thai and there are urgent matters pending.

Even told the hotel I had to travel urgetly.. they were polite BUT not professional in dealing with my case. Too bad.. 😪

I have changed my inbound flight this morning as my flight was supposed to be 10 Nov.
