When I arrived I was expecting the worst. So many people. It looked chaotic but they had it all under control and it moved fast 10minutes. Baggage about 20 minutes

Just a bit of unsolicited comment from me. I am reading so many posts about the difficulties involved in travelling to Thailand. I've been a few times in the past and looked forward to returning but deffinitely removing it from my list of travel plans. It's just not worth all the stress.
