TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your 30-day visa exemption after arriving in Thailand via the Phuket Test & Go program, visit your local immigration office and apply for a 30-day extension. You will need several documents, including your passport with an entry stamp, a TM6 form, a filled TM7 form, a passport-sized photo, and payment of 1900 baht. Some offices may also require a copy of your TM30 form. It's recommended to go early in the morning for a quicker process. After following these steps, you should be able to successfully obtain your extension.

The is an Office on Beach Road Patong. Go to this one early in the morning and you will be finished in 20 minutes. All photocopying and Passport photo's can be done there for a small fee.

Just go to immigration office and apply for extension for 30 days.

You will need copy of passport page and entry stamp with TM 6.

You may need a copy of your TM30 now as recent reports suggest they are asking for this at a lot of offices

TQ for the advice..

My TM6 was taken at Phuket airport I only have a small bit of that piece with me..

I am not sure which document is TM30..I do not have it...

yes the piece left over is for exit.

TM30 is where you are registered as staying, hotels normally do this on a daily basis. You can get a copy from them.

A 30 day extension to visa exempt is easy to get.

Passport and entry stamp (and photo copy)

Tm6 (and photo copy)

Application

Photo

1900 baht

Requirements may vary a bit office to office. Some will want to see evidence of tm30 filed, or want additional documents of where you are stay etc.
