Hi guys, need advise and suggestion please.

Leaving via Phuket Airport going back home to Malaysia

Other than PCR negative result and flight tickets what other documents do I need to prepare..

2. Any suggestions for a good decent and affoardable hotel nearby the beach. Staying in Phuket for a couple of days before I fly off.
