 I don't know how it's possible because you have to pay before or put deposit that cover all costs.

 how you can own money to hospital? My expensive insurance don't pay my chemotherapy, I got diagnosed end of April, and I try to keep my self alive so far I can fly back to Europe get treatment. I get mild chemo from government hospital and that costs already almost

Don't take only travel insurance. This is my personal experience. If you get sick badly and you can't fly, travel insurance company don't help you because theirs only goal is get you back to your home country so they don't have to pay.
