Hi, I am foreigner woman married with Thai man. I came to Thailand 1 year multi entry marriage visa. This is my first time I have to do report 90 days or apply 60 days extension. What all papers I need to make 90 day report? And how about 60 extension? I don't know yet when I have to fly back to Europe so that's why I don't know yet which one, 90 days report or 60 days extension.

Sorry I am asking this but I get s lot information and they are all different that other. And this is my first time. My passport is stamp now 18.2.2021. Can I do report online or should I travel to immigration? It's one day trip. I want to be sure that I do everything correctly.

TLDR : Answer Summary
As a foreign woman married to a Thai man, you have a few options regarding your visa status in Thailand. You need to submit a 90-day report if you plan to stay longer than 89 days on your current, multi-entry marriage visa. This can be done in person, and you may start submitting it online after your first submission. Alternatively, you could apply for a 60-day extension of stay if you're uncertain about your return date to Europe. For an extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai national, you will not need to meet financial requirements. It’s important to visit your local immigration office at least 30 days prior to your current stamp's expiration, and at that time, you can inquire about the required documents. Don't forget to ask for a re-entry permit if you wish to leave Thailand and return within your extension period.

Your choices could be:

1. apply for 1 year extension based on being married to a Thai national (detail already explained) + 90days report after

2. apply for 60days extension visiting Thai family and see you can get out of the country or what you want later) - no 90days report

3. wait, see and prepare to get out of Thailand and back on or before the admitted until stamp date.

And don't forget to ask a re-entry permit if you want to leave and come back to Thailand within that year extension !! A year extension is NOT multi entry as your visa is now (for 90 days)

okay, I understood that multi entry visa also wrong.

it' about correct as Benjamin explained. You need to apply for the 1-year extension of stay based on being married to a Thai husband, no financials needed

Here's how the process works (generally):

1. You have a multiple entry Non-O visa based on marriage to a MALE Thai national. On this visa you either:

a. MUST leave Thailand every 89 days, and get a new stamp (and therefore no 90 day report is needed), OR

b. Get an extension of stay.

The people who (normally) get this visa can not meet the financial requirements for the extension of stay, and in pre-COVID-19 era, would bounce out at the nearest border for another 89 day stamp.

HOWEVER... you're a foreign female married to a Thai male. You, and your husband, *DO NOT* need to meet any financial requirements to get a one year extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai national.

30 days (or 45 days, depending on the immigration office), before your current entry stamp expires, go to the local immigration office and ask for the requirements for a

"One year extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai *husband*"

And submit the documents requested. This will give you an extension of stay that will let you stay for a year. They will then staple a document in your passport with the due date to submit the 90 day report. You would have a window of 14 days prior to 7 days after to submit the 90 day report.

You must submit the first one in person, OR by mail. After the first 90 day report is submitted, then the other 90 day reports can be submitted online.

I *HOPE* this answers your questions.

you just don't worry , you can extend your stay a week or two before the February 18th stamp of admitted stay. The requirement about when you need to do a 90-day report should have been stamped in your passport. Check for the paper slip , it should be there. In case you missed or are late, it is just a fine of 800-2000 THB and does not affect your permit of stay. However you should make the trip to the Immigration serving your location ASAP to clear the matter

it is a multiple entry "O" . .I am getting lost here, sorry

my passport is stamp 18.2.2021. I get my 1 year visa just before I came here and it's valid to October 2021.

okay, this is the new stamp that replaced the rectangular stamp of entry.

AS OF RIGHT NOW, you are only allowed inside Thailand for 89 days, and therefore a 90 day report is not required to be filed.
Benjamin ******
You'd have to get a one year extension of stay based on marriage to a *MALE* Thai national. Each immigration office has their own requirements, however, you will *NOT* need 400K THB in a Thai bank account, or 40K THB in monthly income to be married to a male Thai.

Once you get the extension of stay, you can get an re-entry permit. A single re-entry permit is 1,000 THB and can be used once, and a multiple entry re-entry permit is 3,800 THB and can be used as often as you want.

The 90 day report is required for staying longer in Thailand, legally, after 90 days. In your current stamp, you can only stay 89 days before you have to leave.
