Prescription only. It is very cheap, I wouldn't mess around trying to find a drug like that without prescription. As mentioned above you need to be monitored especially your liver.

I could buy it at my local cheap pharmacy in Bangpakok in Bangkok but only in small sizes 2.5mg. No prescription. Buying at a hospital will probably be more expensive plus you’ll need to see a Dr there

Methotrexate isn't normally available in pharmacies. Its a major drug. Normally can only be obtained at hospital oncology departments
