I would wait a little bit Peter, there is talk of changes to the requirements concerning the Elite visa program, the OA and Non O visas based on retirement. Just wait to you see what if any changes are made, then re- ask your question then, you still have plenty of time left.

yes nearly 30,000 Chinese have taken the option of the Elite visa. But after 20 years in operation, be interesting to see what the new packages will look like 🤔🤔

You are still 3 years away, and there are going to be changes coming up soon, with the Elite visa program, and there is a lot of talk about OA and Non O retirement visa requirements changing as well. Just sit back and see what changes if any are made, 3 years is a while and a lot of things can change in that time, be patient 👍

she never changed her name when we got married in 1988, even both our children who are married now even have their original names. Yes she was buying and selling properties back then, as we have continued to do here and in Australia where her and our kids have citizenship too, but in their birth names. my wife has been buying and selling land, as I said since we were married, without any problems whatsoever and that was in numerous provinces around the country, and we still continue to do so.

Dave Spurling that is totally wrong, my wife and I were married in 1988 and still together, she owns a lot of land around Thailand in her name, and a lot of it was purchased way before 2003.

Go to the head office in Bangkok on Silom road, just around from Chong Nonsi BTS, go to the far left hand side and up to the first floor, they will help you.
