I was told by local Immigration to quit bothering them years ago. They never asked at yearly extensions and now I have a LTR so will see what they say at the 5 year check. ( I go out every years so no yearly sign in ).

I have over the decades done it both ways. I now just do a yearly transfer for $45.00 with USAA and a transfer on Tuesday night is in my account Wednesday morning.
