 use Google maps and type visa agents near me as I'm sure there's only 1 ot 2 up your way. I can recommend agencies here in Bangkok and Pattaya

 no such visa. Get stamped in 60-DAY VISA EXEMPT and extend 30 days or apply for a Non O visa.

Can I enter Thailand on a one-way ticket with an onward flight to Vietnam?

 the airline will check your onward ticket. There's no 60-day Visa on arrival as its only 15-days. If your talking about visa exempt ie stamped in for 60 days that the IO's call on your previous history of entering Thailand. Can you provide this detail please?
