i don't know. Alister my friend required an original copy which was stamped and signed for IO in Petchabuun.

yes but now some IO's need and original copy not a bw copy and want the stamp date and signature from the bank. Its all over the Pattaya bank issue.. my friend in Petchabun had to do this and yes he spoke to the same lady 3 times before in the past.

everything's now changed in the past 2 moths so a printed copy and signed off as some io's are becoming pedantic

I'm really not sure what visa or extension you asked about and looks like you didn't talk to these 3 or indeed when you talked to them. Sure other cases like DTV costs more as does non b and others. I answered the OP question but friends in the past used thai visa service and Mots but not Tik tokwho are highly rated. The price is what it is on the day according to your individual circumstances why not call them and find out? Doing it yourself is way cheaper.
