 you can't apply for Visa Exempt on Evisa website as it isn't a visa....just get stamped in for 60 days if your from 1 of 93 countries

 no your incorrect. You will enter 60-days without a visa and extend with 30 days. Hopefully this will happen 2 times but its up to the IO to permit you entry.
