First, you need an employer who can certify you will work for him. Second is apply for the 90-days Non-Imm-B visa with the documents of the employer. Third is applying for the work permit on the Labour Department before you start to work

OPThanks! But 500,000 baht for DTV is too much for them (2 of them) and 150,000 baht/person/year for work permit is also a bit much. Just ask here to see if anyone knows a better deal.

Work permit is dependent and bound to the employer. There is such things as umbrella companies to achieve work permit for the sake of visa. But with the DTV and the like I don’t really see the need for that anymore.

500,000 baht/person is too much for them (2 of them). An agent already gave price of 150,000 baht/year/person is also a bit much. That’s why I posted here to ask for them if anyone knows some better deal 🙏
