yes it’s normal procedure in most countries to stamp out but some Thai companies don’t do it..: easier I suppose

if ur leaving Thai waters u will 100% be stamped out… i thought the work would be on a boat working in the gulf… disregard my last comment about OM and campboss… I don’t think cruise ships have these haha

The OM / camp-boss will sort this out once ur onboard… u can always email the boat and ask also… always a good move… but I reckon they will email with joining instructions soon enough

I’ve worked many times offshore Thailand on vessels and sometime stamped out others not.

But there is no reason to leave Thailand before joining the boat.

But I suspect if ur arriving on visa exempt u will be stamped out.

I’ve been using the 40k income from abroad for my last 4-5 extensions at khon kaen immigration with no issues but this is for raising a Thai child and not marriage.

12 monthly bank statement showing the income plus salary from abroad and a letter from your bank to confirm this is what I have to submit.

yes but it all depends on the land office… I’ve heard some won’t let a minor own land / property but others will…. Every office is different

yes 100% not the normal case they are used to handling… but this is my 5th extension now and in the past been quite easy but I think it was with the house been in my sons name that was the issue… as it was only bought during my last extension…. Hopefully next year plain sailing like previous years.

I’m a single dad and have full custody so on dependant visa…. This year they wanted a witness to say I am looking after my kid alone and the house I stay In I bought it in my kids name who is only 6 years old… they wanted to know how I was able to put the house in my sons name, so all documents from the land office where this was done.
