What is the process for reporting a new address in Thailand after moving into a house in my son's name?

Hi wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction pls.

I have just bought and more or less moved in to the new house and put the house in the name of my son, so his name is on chanote and blue book.

What would be my process for reporting new address?

My son is only 5 so can’t obviously sign any documents also I have full custody of my son so his mother isn’t involved in any of this.

Would it be a case of taking copies / original chanote / his blue book / sons passport pics to immigration to update new address?

Can anyone advise?

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on how to report a new address after purchasing a house in their 5-year-old son's name, and is unsure about the documentation needed at immigration. Responses suggest preparing comprehensive documentation, including the house documents and the child's passport pictures, and recommend filing a TM30 form, either online or in person.

okay people we are done. One warning, STAY ON TOPIC or I'll just start muting and booting people.

Good luck to the O/P, whether he does the TM30 online or goes in person (y)

go to the online TM30 website at this address and sign up to have an account at the address, upload the chanote, your child's birth certificate and your passport data page, they should let you make an online account then you can go in and file a TM30 online and take a screen grab of it and use it as proof you filed

They'll either let you make an account or deny it so you're out nothing by trying

totally sounds like a plan,

take everything (and the kitchen sink) as far as documentation and go file a TM30 (notification of foreigner in residence)

probably take your child too 🙂 couldn't hurt
