In regards to my question a few days ago on the under consideration stamp on my passport that is almost 2 months what is my situation as my single non - o expires a month before I have to go back to immigration for my extension of stay.
Will I need to go back to immigration and extend my non-o or what is the regulations?
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks
