In regards to my question a few days ago on the under consideration stamp on my passport that is almost 2 months what is my situation as my single non - o expires a month before I have to go back to immigration for my extension of stay.

Will I need to go back to immigration and extend my non-o or what is the regulations?

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about their visa status in Thailand, specifically regarding the under consideration stamp on their passport and the impending expiration of their Non-O visa. They seek clarification on whether they need to return to immigration to extend their Non-O visa before it expires.

You are not here on a non-O VISA, :O you were here on an 90 day entry stamp and then applied for some extension that got you on your under consideration stamp.

You used the Non-O visa to apply for some type of extension which got you an under consideration stamp AND you go back on the date that stamp says to get the extension inked into your passport
