There is no such thing as a "Milker" unless you come to Thailand and receive government benefits. In addition, unless you took multiple flights, the airline is responsible for returning you to your starting point. They are supposed to clear you with immigration before you board the airline. The Thai authorities normally do this and then decide to reject you. My friend was denied admission and purchased a ticket because the airline representative was unfamiliar with the contract details, and he later made a claim and was compensated. This guy's IQ is below room temperature.
