Why can't I find my TM30 submission on the immigration website?
I submitted the TM30 for my fiance' on the website as I live with her when I'm in Thailand, this is my first time doing this. I went into the web site to indicate I'd be leaving the country and there's no reacord of me there, I've tried everything and I don't see my name logged there at all. I downloaded the excel file that shows all stays at that address and its blank. Whats up?

OPJust spoke with a nice gentleman from immigration everything is fine. Yes, the data can disappear after 7 days but thats by design. Also you never need to go to immigration for any reporting unless its 90day report number 1; everything else is online now. So, he said if you want a hard copy of that TM30 print it when you file it or within 7 days. Even though Im on DTV I travel out of Thailand so much idk if ill ever have to do a 90 day report. OPI just thought it would show me on the site since I thought id have to tell when leaving; every time I talk to immigration its a different answer

The website is useless and not fit for purpose! I had a non b and rooms on booking.com.... immigration came one day and asked to see my TM30s, website didn't load!!

Go to your local immagration office how does someone here know the answer to this???? It's 90 day report if you are leaving the country it doesn't matter anyhow
