I googled it and in Sweden after being caught drink and driving and you got a fine it would be visible on your criminal record for 5 years, if you went to prison it would be visible for 10 years.

Bernd Moonfruit David Broadfoot I stay in my condo and report to Chaeng wattana with a tm30 each time i enter Thailand, there were 300 people before me last time😕 I have a Thai ID number. Can i register and report online next time insted of going to immigration?

Thanks Tod i know about the TM30, i use it myselfe as a condo owner. I just thought that not handing in the TM30 only would get the owner in trouble and that the tenant could report address with the TM28.
