Good afternoon,

I am staying with my wife in my condo in bkk on a non immigrant retirement extension, i have filed a tm30 for myselfe at Chaengwattana.

If i should go and stay a few days or weeks in my wife's house in Nakhon Rachasima should my wife then file a tm30 at the province immigration? What should be included in that documentation? Would i need to file a tm28?

On my return to Bangkok if tm30/28 where filed in Nakhon Rachasima naturally i would then need to file a new tm30, right?

Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses the filing requirements for TM30 and TM28 when staying temporarily at a spouse's residence in Nakhon Rachasima while holding a Non-Immigrant Retirement Visa. The user inquires whether their wife needs to file a TM30 with the provincial immigration office for their stay, what documentation is needed, and if they must file a new TM30 upon returning to Bangkok after their visit.
