Dude I got denied because I didn't put a "-" between my 2 middle names. It's $400 at the LA consulate. Long story short, yeah I am perhaps overthinking this but want to be sure.

One thing that I was not clear about is that they ask you where you are staying. How would I know that if I have not decided yet? My wife has a cousin in Phuket and we plan on staying there for a while but only after we arrive in Bangkok and stay for a week or 2. So what would be best to list at where I am staying in Thailand?
