I got my DTV Visa! Thanks, everyone, for all the help. Now... I need to get my wife and kids. Question, on the visa they ask for "document indicating current location" for my wife, she has a driver's license from our address from 15 years ago, not our current address (AZ drivers' licenses last until you are 65 so having the same ID even when you move is very common) We do have a water bill in her name. Do you think this will work? Second question, how do I prove this for my kids when they have no ID or bills in their name at our address?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user successfully obtained a DTV Visa and seeks advice on documentation for their wife and children. For the wife, they ask if an outdated Arizona driver's license and a water bill suffice as proof of her current location. Community members suggest that the water bill should be acceptable, and also recommend school documents for the children, who lack IDs. They discuss general strategies for presenting these documents effectively.

Which consulate? If still in the same region of country, your Arizona DL may work.

Los Angeles consulate. Yes the AZ drivers license is still in the same city just a different home address.

Water bill is good.

You should not worry too much about the kids, but maybe school documents?
