I got my DTV Visa! Thanks, everyone, for all the help. Now... I need to get my wife and kids. Question, on the visa they ask for "document indicating current location" for my wife, she has a driver's license from our address from 15 years ago, not our current address (AZ drivers' licenses last until you are 65 so having the same ID even when you move is very common) We do have a water bill in her name. Do you think this will work? Second question, how do I prove this for my kids when they have no ID or bills in their name at our address?
I really appreciate any help you can provide.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user received their DTV Visa and is seeking advice on how to document the current address for their wife and kids for their visa application. They have a water bill for their wife but question whether her old driver's license would suffice. For the children, the user is unsure how to prove their address since they have no bills in their name. Community members suggest using the water bill, school documents, or photos with recognizable local landmarks as proof of address. They also advise preparing a cover letter if necessary.
Any document that can justify that they have an address in the area you are applying. What they are trying to check is if you are in their jurisdiction so they can process your application at that post 🙏
You may have to show PROOF of your DTV Visa to airline staff on check-in for your flight ✈️ to Thailand...even to the connecting airline staff. Or to the land border crossing entry Thai Immigration Officer.
Upon arrival into Thailand, show the DTV visa to the Thai Immigration Officer and look at the STAMP placed in your passport to be sure you are STAMPED in for 180 days.
I did not have this problem, because we were residing in none of our home countries when we applied. So I had lots of options for the kids (passport stamps, resident cards, certificates of residence issued by 2 embassies per child), but I don't think you'll have issues here. If you really can't think of anything (school documents, health insurance documents, whatever from the US with the child's name on it which a tourist cannot get?), then I guess you could just explain it in a cover letter. Obviously, if both dad and mom live in the US and are married, the kids are very likely to live there too.
I can't tell either. But that could be an option at least in SE Asia. 😉 Is it possible to contact the embassy/consulate where you are applying? Try FB messenger, we got a couple of answers ourselves on messenger, although they would not answer e-mails/the phone.
