Plice Officers have asked me to pose with them for a photo quite a few times. Not sure why but I have always obliged. Someone jumped out of a pickup on soi 7, Sukhumvit and took several photos of me walking back to my room. That was a bit more worrying and he sped off pretty quick.
I always do a tm30 filing just prior to my 90 day report. This makes certain that my tm30 is up to date on the system and the addresses match on both. I get an email immediately verifying they have git my submission with the application form tm47 attached. In a few hours to a couple of days I receive confirmation my report has been accepted. Been like that for years.
As some have said you should do your first report after re entering the country in person.
my question is how do they know in which year income is earned? Simply remit income that was earned in a previous year. Last week they were talking about no tax in year income earned or the following year when remitted.
I have just done this and played it safe. In other words I had the

0 baht in my K bank account 3 months prior to application. I applied using 12 monthly payments of

baht into my BB. I had to submit my UK bank statements. I got my stamp without being asked for my K bank statement. Make of that what you will but playing it safe is always a good idea.
what you say makes sense but I did not have to show that I had met the requirements of my previous extension. The monthly payments were made into another account.
you can if you have made the necessary 12 monthly payments of

+ baht and they are shown as international transfers. I also had to submit my UK bank statements to prove where the money had come from. It did not have to be pension income.
