If you've been diagnosed and are being treated for a condition (in this case menopause), it IS a pre-existing condition whether you agree or not.

You may be able to find an insurer to cover you for it but be aware they'll whack on a big charge onto your premium for coverage.

In Australia I just got a letter from the bank that said my balance is X on today's date with my details, and that was enough.

where did you find the information about the reset processing time procedure?

I put my intended date on the form as which I provided an appointment slip for but then I changed my appointment to and that's the confirmation evidence letter I sent them. But the actual input date on the online portal form is , it's just the actual document that says and they wanted a letter of appointment confirmation so maybe they'll just see it's a proper confirmation and tick it off and they might not delay it and just go with the one I input on the form?
