Use an agent I got my 2 year driver's license on the 60 day exempt before I got my DTV.

I did mine there first part of December its all online got mine the night of the 10th business day. Can look up my post on here. I did soft power and they did not request anything extra. Good luck.

its an online application, only reason you would go to the embassy is if they request an interview.

don't have to be a resident, on application for proof of location I sent hotel booking confirmation and the Cambodian visa stamp in passport.

I was denied at Los Angeles embassy (I was in Washington state some of my documents had old address in Texas, they denied said I should have used Washington DC embassy was just a misunderstanding. I went to Thailand visa exempt then went to Cambodia and got approved.

yes still in Cambodia. Did a week in Siem Reap and on my second week in Phnom Penh. Food is good, but it's not thai food.
