ORIGINAL POSTERHas anyone dealt with the issue of their city not being listed in the drop down menu of the city options for permanent address within the DTV online application process? Aside from writing a cover letter, I'm not sure what else I can do and am concerned of a potential rejection for that reason. I will be applying online via Jakarta.

ORIGINAL POSTERI am applying for the dtv online in Los Angeles. Under travel documents, I selected passport. It asks for Place of Issue. Does anyone know what I'm supposed to put here? Do I put Los Angeles? Or USA? Or do I put what it says under Authority which is the United States Department of State. Thanks in advance.

ORIGINAL POSTERAnybody did DTV online or in person at immigration in Cambodja? Currently in Bangkok and was thinking about taking a flight to Phnom Penh. Since it's just an 1hour flight for around 1000-2000baht.
Anyone had any success there or planning the same thing?
What I heard is that they are opening up e-visa.
Does it go faster if you go straight to the immigration?
Have all the documents prepared.
