How can I apply for a DTV Soft Power visa in Cambodia?

DTV soft power approved in Phnom Penh Cambodia. I used Discover Thai Nature Seminars. [members only]/

Applied Dec. 6th did not get asked for any additional documents approved Dec. 19th.

I provided 6 months of bank statements, Visa stamp and hotel confirmation in Cambodia and the three page document provided proving Soft Power Seminar. Hope this helps good luck everybody.

yes still in Cambodia. Did a week in Siem Reap and on my second week in Phnom Penh. Food is good, but it's not thai food.

Yes, Cambodia you have to use the evisa website.
