What concerns should I have about obtaining a Multiple Entry Tourist Visa for 7 months in Thailand?

No issues.

If you are in Thailand for legit tourism, for 7 months, you will be fine. Enter for 60 days visa exempt and extend once for 30 days for 1900 baht. Then use a border bounce agency and repeat. If you want to get past 180 days, you will need a second border bounce, just use and agency. Have fun
