Like you want to do - I prepared everything for 90 days. Insurance, reserved accom (but not paid for). And return flight ticket. No problem getting the extra 30 days, they want you here.
Ok, interesting update. I went on the 2nd November to CheangWattana- my first covid ext and went smooth. +60 days. I arrived 9am and went straight to a desk officer, no waiting. For those that are interested: BTS one shot to Wat Pra Sri Mahathat bts then Grab/motorbike taxi 80bht to Division 1 building B immigration. Photocopying and photo's available downstairs, and shops open. Also glue for you photo available upstairs.
Great post for a hot topic. I was also given the CoE and Thai visa without having purchased an onward ticket. I ended up buying a $10 throw-away for peace of mind a few days before I flew out.
I don't think so, I've taken 2 domestic flights recently and looked into Chiang Mai to Samui yesterday and only Vaccine Certificate is required. Or negative test if un-vaxxed.
Hey, I'm due to apply for the Covid ext next week. I'm not with a landlord, I'm sampling different Hotels here in Chiang Mai. How does the TM30 work if your moving round hotels? Should I print it and fill it out myself and bring it to immigration when I apply for covid ext? Cheers...
What he meant to say was: Apply for the CoE with Visa Exemption option - not the other way round. Anyway listen not to all the fools. Findeth ye path yeself. You'll have to join the dots yourself b/c the amount of miss information is mind boggling.
