Hello everyone ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿป I am looking for a modern high floor condominium apartment in the city center of Bangkok but trying to avoid hotels or airbnb. If you are familiar with Vietnam something similar to Vinhomes Central Park. I can sign a 3 month contract, but would like the option to continuously extend. Does anybody know any websites/options/agents to help with my search. My plan is to stay for 1 year, but not 100% sure yet. Thank you for your time ๐Ÿ™โ˜ฎ

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking a modern high-floor condominium in central Bangkok with the possibility of a short-term lease (3 months), while avoiding hotels and Airbnb. The community suggests that finding such a lease is challenging, often requiring a minimum of 6 months, and recommends considering Lumpini Condos, Facebook Marketplace, and Agoda.com as potential sources to explore.

My agent wouldn't even help me look for 6 month lease. I signed a 1 year deal

You could try looking at the Lumpini Condos. I think there are around 13 sites in Bangkok. You might get a 3 month let from someone who is out of Bangkok for an extended period. Itโ€™s worth a try. Look on the notice boards near reception.

It's going to be incredibly difficult to find a condo when you're only willing to sign a 3 month lease agreement. The shortest I've seen is 6 months. Agents aren't even going to want to help you because there's not going to be any commission in that.

Short term is usually recommended to go the Airbnb or serviced apartment route.

I understand. Thanks for the heads up brother. Can you refer me to any good serviced apartments that aren't studio in the city center? I don't need a cleaning lady since I clean my own apartment daily. Cheers
