The Rental contracts that Visa Agents in Pattaya can 'cook up' - are they sufficient to use for Work Permit applications? The Apartment I am currently is unable to provide a rental contract that is sufficient for the Work Permit application. I'm looking for a work around. cheers-

Work permit applications? You get a job and your company gets you the correct visa then a work permit.

Why is your rental contract "insufficient". Surely a lease is a lease?
