I opened one in 2021 at Bangkok Bank on 2d Road Pattaya. Was on a 45 day visa exempt entry for tourist. Needed a Thai to vouch for me. Had to go to Thai Immigration to get a Letter of Residency.

These types of drinks were taking off the shelf in USA, due to the mixture of alcohol and high caffeine concentrations. I tried them once or twice in Thailand, gave me the shakes and a headache. No mas.

The question: Are you currently under a valid visa, or valid extension. If you are currently in overstay status, you will have problems re-entering.

If you have been staying at a regular hotels, it should have already been submitted by the hotel. Hotel just needs to provide you with proof.
