There is a expat health insurance, its valid for 5 years. Its in and out patient with no limits. Even the dentist will be paid. Its about 4000 bht a month. After five years it will be much more expensive but if you dont need it for more then five years its perfect. I can totaly recommend it. The name is BDAE expat infinity.
