Hello, I am a German Pass holder currently on a non immigrant O, one year multible entry visa. Last border bounce 19 March stamp until 16 of June. So I am on amnesty now. My visa is valid until 24 of July. Is there any chance to get a extension of stay? I want to do the non imm. O longstay on september. 9, when I will get 50 years old. I attached photo of the visa at the comments.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, a German passport holder, is currently on a multiple entry non-immigrant O visa set to expire in July and is seeking information on potential extensions. They plan to apply for a non-immigrant O long-stay visa when they turn 50 in September. Responses indicate that extensions are unlikely without qualifying reasons, such as marriage or having Thai children, and the user cannot apply for a retirement visa until they turn 50. It is suggested that they visit immigration for further guidance.

You should be able to extend your visa for another. 2 months. Cost 1900 baht... Will have to go to immigration to get the forms.

You cannot apply for retirement until your actually 50. I'm not sure what your expecting an extension of? There is nothing on that visa you can apply for an extension, unless your married, have half Thai children etc What did they actually issue the non O visa for? Going early isn't going to work.
, this is exactly what I am wondering about! I got this visa at the ambassy, I was showing my pension papers but because I was not 50 I got this visa to apply later in thailand for my retirement visa.
I'm just reading what you also trying to do. I MAYBE wrong but, someone will correct me if I am, because your embassy still issues an Income letter to tell immigration what your income is, I'm pretty certain you cannot show some money in the bank and some as income. You either show 800,000 baht in a bank for 2 months before you apply or the Income letter needs to show full income of 65,000 baht per month.
Just be aware, if you show a letter stating 65,000 baht per month, immigration MAY want to see actual proof of it.
I agree with Mogen go tomorrow and speak with immigration. Expect announcement later this week they did say 15th about way forward after July 31st. I expect immigration will get busy then thats why they set another one in Bangkok.
Go now before they get all hot and bothered by lots of people.
