I notified of my address by mail within 48 hours of when I first arrived (back in October 2019) and I got back a "Receipt of Notification" but it makes no mention of my next appointment, back then I was on a single 90 day non-o visa with no extension

Aside from that I don't have any paper, I've never needed to do a 90 day report before though, still a bit confused on the dates.

I had this problem a couple of weeks ago, I went to immigration and told them what happened and they made me fill out a short form and then swapped my 30 day exemption for the correct 60 day visa, though this was within the first 30 days so I didn't overstay, I think it should still be a similar result since you likely added your visa number to your arrival card so you did the right thing.
