Depends on the visa.

My OA, re-entry is good for 1 year upon entry. That would be 365 days past my visa if I re-entered on the last day of my visa.

You have to use your last registered address, which is assume is Bangkok.... you are registered in a hotel correct? Use the TM30 from that and register in Bangkok.

And not a 90 day visa. Non-o and non-oa are one year. 90 day reporting online, and each year an office visit to extend.
