DTV question - I'm from America but am traveling Europe. I'm currently in Albania. What could I use as "Document indicating current location". I think that's something official from Albania. I didn't get a passport stamp when I arrived.

When I flew into Indonesia they didn't give me a stamp but they gave me a QR code that I could use to download my visa online.

Your hotel or AirBnB may suffice. Or go to immigration and ask for a stamp. But the embassy can tell you what they will accept

Apparently they want something that shows that you are in the country that you are applying for a DTV to Thailand. If you're in Albania you will need an address or something unless you're living on the street. You need to ask that Embassy.
