Yes, but is mostly, the girl saw an opportunity and not fell for the guy. My wife, never would even think about these things.

Some Philippine women, could fo that, but not a girl with the right mentality. My wife, 30 years younger, far from a child at now 34, never been in that. We have a very normal life, living in Thailand, as a real couple.

Mine is 30 years younger. I not brought her home, but out of her country, Philippines. We live in Thailand. We knew each other 6 years, before making that decision. It is not about age, but mentality.

New condos are getting smaller and smaller... if you buy à good older condo, you will not loose on resale, expecially, with seaview. Meanwhile you rent out without paying ridiculous taxes, like in Europe.

You need contract for 12 months, a year extension. Your contract must not been made so long.
