True that healthcare here is not free - nor is it anywhere - but the pricing is open and way more affordable and available than many countries in the west. Most notably the US.
I go to live and work in a foreign country and the natives do not do everything the way I like so it must be their fault. Hummm... maybe it's me? Nahhh... I'm sure it's their fault after all they all have low IQ's.
Reading about the experience of others is helpful. The OP could have phrased the question differently asking to hear about what others have gone through rather than for "how to".
I think you misunderstand. I also resent governments that welcome illegal visitors whose sole intent is to stay for the rest of their lives with open arms and gifts while those who simply want to visit are forced to try and prove they don't want to stay forever.
I agree about buying new. We bought a low km used car and it has been fantastic. Maybe we could have saved a little buying from an individual but like I said, unless I really know the seller and I know the car, I'll stick with a good dealer... and not one of the tent city guys. Here's wishing you remain lucky on your next buy.
Unless you know what you want and know what you are buying and really trust the seller I would either buy new or from a larger used dealer. Pretty much the same as anywhere else. The bigger dealers will handle all the documents for you.
