Most who commented so far are incorrect. Anyone can use fast track, even on visa exempt entry. It's 2-4k baht with most agent.

Sean Franjesh You disagree with what? Nobody said that you can't bounce, timing and your visa history is what matter.

Jonathan Seraphim They can't. Different agent work with different IO. So when an agent tell you to go X gate after your flight arrive, the IO is already ready for you to arrive. She has your picture on her phone already. She's expecting you. Once you are done (which take 30s), she send the picture she took of you to the agent.

VIP line is otten empty. The last two times that I use it with agent there was literally nobody in line for that booth. The IO was waiting for me, had my picture on her phone, coordinated with agent. The time before that, I skipped the VIP line and IO opponed a booth just for me. As if I was very important, which I was. You pay to get such treatment., That's what agent are here for. An agent give you a layer above the VIP treatment.

Robin Virant No, a scam imply that you do not get what you pay for. If you pay an agent, you get in hassle free. So more like a bribe. If you mean the denied entry, yes, in certain case it's to push people to use agent more. But once you come back only 4 days later to reset another entry, you need to have every piece of evidence under the sun to avoid a denied entry.

Jo Clemente The amount of entries does not matter, but how long each entry last for does. if you always use your DTV for 6 months, leave for a few days and come back to reactive it, you will often get denied at the airport unless you have rock solid proof that you are not abusing the system (employment with every single piece of evidence). Why? Because many people got the DTV with agent and don't do what is said on the application (don't actually work, or do cooking class, or wtv reason they got their DTV for). What you are describing is completely different and does not apply to OP.

Neil Skeldon There not several entities. It's their website, IG, FB, and so on. It's the same agent. They bought this group a few years ago. They are on the banner.

Nobody is telling you the truth so far in the comments, so here the objective truth: DTV visa does NOT allow unlimited entries. If you leave and come back only 4 days later, no matter the visa, you will be grilled.

Why? IO's knows that most people get DTV visa, and other visas, with the help of agents, and therefore never meet all requirements. So went they see random out and back in days later, they will denied in mass. This is something that everyone should known.

The safe way to get back in is to contact Thai Visa Centre. It usually cost 4k baht to get in safely VIP entry, but more now because you have been denied. I don't know the exact cost, but likely 6-10k baht per person and you will get in from your DTV, no question asked. You won't have to show anything.

You can basically get back in any day you want, so even in a few days. You likely won't be allowed back in from that denial entry even if you try in a month. But with an agent, it avoid all the hassle that you went through.

Also, if you had contacted Thai Visa Centre from the airport, they could have solved the situation on the spot. Money is king. So an agent can also deal with a denial entry on the spot. You just need their contact on your phone, and you let them know what is going on, and they can deal so that you still get in.

I live near Nong Khai border. It use to be extremely easy with 0% rejection rate for the last 15 years+. But since about a year ago, they are rejecting almost everyone doing back to back visa exempt entry.
