Go to immigration and get your stamps moved over to the new passport. That's pretty standard protocol. And yeah, some of the visas are still pasted in to the book, such as the privilege visa. When I got a new passport, I went to immigration and got the stamps moved over, and a new visa sticker (same visa) was affixed in the passport so I wouldn't have to carry both with me all the time (though it was recommended that I do so for my first exit/entry after, but it's not been an issue). A bit of a hassle to go and queue up and all that but at the end of the day it wasn't all that difficult a process
