Has anyone successfully use the fast track lane with DTV visa on arrival and departure at survanabumi airport? Since it is a long stay visa?

I see so many differing answers on the forum, I wonder anyone has a good try with it entering.
Answer summary
The fast track lane at Suvarnabhumi Airport can be used by anyone who pays for the service, including those with a DTV visa. However, automatic access is typically reserved for senior citizens (70+) or those traveling in business class. There have been instances where DTV visa holders were allowed to use the fast track lane due to long queues, but this is not guaranteed. A user reported paying for the fast track service online and found it worthwhile as it significantly reduced wait times.

Most who commented so far are incorrect. Anyone can use fast track, even on visa exempt entry. It's 2-4k baht with most agent.

Anybody can use it, you just need to pay

Yeah I use it for DTV entries, it’s great as you don’t have the long queues for your passport stamp during peak times. But the idea that they will be more lenient with entries is completely false

It’s just a shorter queue

Idk if it’s available everywhere but my KYC is in Malta. Additionally I pay for ultra which is 50 € a month but I use the apps they provide. Which would be more than what I pay so I’m ok. You go to rev points section > fast track > select your airport which includes bkk > select terminal > needs to be 72h in advance but that shouldn’t be difficult with my plan it’s free

You can use paid fast track service, but you will not get automatic use of the fast-track lane unless 70 plus or with a business class ticket. If lucky and there are very long lines, you can be asked to use fast track, it has happened to me 2x with the DTV but it is to do with overcrowding not the DTV per se.

I am disabled and always get directed to the priority lane. Mind you I am 70 this year and maybe looked over 70 for a few years prior.

I think those with physical issues can use those lanes so best believe that and looking younger than 70.

Nah - they know you are local and not a tourist. Same as I can walk into certain bars and restaurants even if not know can get a good table sne service.

oh so we back to the possibility of the 70+ look. Put it down to jet lag which adds on years, 😊

I was not limping that bad - she saw me running a little earlier to get in a shorter queue.

or with a Thai partner you use the faster Thai lane, I know it is not the same as fast track, but it is fast 😉

No, they do not check, just let your Thai partner ask at the place where they separate the rows, Until now at BKK it worked everytime.

And since Thai people can use the automatic gates there, for the manned desk there are very few people, most mixed couples.

Tourist visa and it has no benefits like fastrack

Business class is no longer eligible to use fast track at BKK since a few years ago. But I think they do have a priority lane in the normal immigration section.

some tourist visas have fast track. Most non-immigrant visas don't get fast track. There is no correlation.

I think that wth visa with fast track you already did pay for the service...

@Lu**
with Elite you certainly did. But APEC card holders would be another example, they get fast track and for US/Canada holders that's a standard 60 day visa exempt, but with fast track.

It's a tourist visa.

@Wann****
this has nothing to do with fast track. Some tourist visas/entries (Elite, Americans/Canadians with APEC) have fast track, while MOST non-immigrant visas don't have fast track, only a few niche visas like LTR.

"Long Stay" on the fast track lane refers to a very specific and very niche 1y retirement visa facilitated by the Thailand Longstay Company with bundled fast track, it doesn't mean "non-immigrant visa", they don't get fast track either (unless LTR or they qualify personally by being over 70, etc).
