Many get DTV in Vietnam without proof of funds by using an agent. It's known that Thai agent have contact in Vietnam. So it's possible that they want most people to apply there with agent for their bribe money. Airport will ask more questions coming in every time if your application is from Vietnam. Having said that, you are from Myanmar so there is no chance on earth that u'll get a DTV.

Brah. You opened a bank acc in freaking Chonburi. SMH. It's where most agent advertise because its literally the easier place in Thailand to open a bank account or bribe to get a long term visa. Chonburi have their own ecosystem.
